Very bad I’m disappointed

I am disappointed on viagogo I bought tickets for Antony Hamilton on the 6th of January with the hope I will get them on time so that I can plan for my accommodation,till today no tickets and yesterday when I was chatting to one of consultant he /she was so rude told me they won’t refund me

My question if you Give me ticket on the day of eventhow will I plan myself 🤷‍♀️,viagogo please refund my money since you failed to give me tickets it’s more than a month even worse there’s no communication
