I've been dealing with Vic Bay EC on and off for more than a decade, and their products, prices, and service, have always been exemplary! Even when there's a slight wrinkle in the system due to seasonal influx - no matter how tired they are, or harassed you are - they deal with it and treat you with respect... even if you're not dealing too well with it. ;) Thank you Vic Bay, and thank you Cameron. You guys always put a smile on my face, while providing me with the best quality products, prices and service. I appreciate you so much!

I've been dealing with Vic Bay EC on and off for more than a decade, and their products, prices, and service, have always been exemplary! This experience doesnt even deserve a star. Been dealing with vicbay for many many years, today 08/10/2021 I placed an order early in the day, made payment immediately, had my guys make a special trip to go and fetch the stock. When they got there, they were told they wer awaiting proof of payment, which was sent immediately wen the order was recieved but this was overlooked. I got in contact with the staff and they take no accountability, making excuses upon excuses. I gave them options but they made no attempt to assist. Very poor showing.

I've been using Vic Bay as a supplier for just over a year now and their service is beyond excellent with every order. I usually deal with a lady called Cheryl. She responds very quickly and always goes the extra mile. Their quality products, communication and speedy delivery makes them not only a reliable supplier but also an absolute pleasure to do business with. Will definitely recommend them!

Incredibly poor customer service, absolutely no accountability when an error is made by them. You as the customer must grin and bear it. Wrong sizes supplied and they simply dont care nor wish to rectify the issue.

They had to audacity to say they don't need our business. Order placed was for more than a hundred items. We got quoted for a specific item in it's totality, paid and sent it to our clients. They were happy and we placed a second order, received the invoice and the amount per item increased - after a discussion as to the reason behind the sudden increase, we reluctantly paid the money as we need to keep our client happy. Our client then placed another order for the same item thru us. We place the order thru Vic Bay and they came back with yet another price increase on the item. After the same discussion as previously we AGAIN paid for the third order. As we felt there was nothing we could do at that moment. We left it there. A few days later we received an invoice for the item again! We queried the reasoning and they said, no the item wasn't included in the previous quote/invoice, even though the sample (the first order placed) total price included EVERYTHING. And in this they felt the need to inform us that there's nothing they can do and if we not happy we can get a refund as they don't need our business.

I order on their website more than a week ago and when I phoned in 5 days later to hear why they haven't gotten back to me I just got a reply of "We don't have your order from online". So they gave me a email address to send my order through again! I did that and yet still no reply. Phoned in again today and they said they will phone me back and yet they didn't.

<p>I have been to Vic Bay 3 times in this past month and experience went from moderate reception to extremely bad. Besides the male manager and 1 receptionist, the rest are all rude, impolite and have a bad attitude. They have their own inappropriate conversations infront of the customers, one of them even swore infront of me. Then I was left to wait for over an hour as they couldnt assist me due to some technical errors on their side. They made no effort to even try and asist me in another manner. The lady who dealt with the accounts was the worst as she spoke to me condescendingly and even raised her voice in an irratable manner as she couldnt resolve a problem I had regarding my credit that I had with them. I left there feeling utterly humiliated and belittled! Will not conduct business there again! I am not usually one to complain and am usually very patient, this is one instance where I have to complain! Extremely bad service!</p>
