Courier Guy refuses to take accountability for their mess up resulting in a customer demanding a full refund, as usual they hold themselves in a higher regard to their clients with absolutely 0 customer support.
Excellent service and final product from Nats and team. Fantastic job well done.

Pathetic. Support agents haven't got a clue whats going on and close a chat if they dont like what you are saying. My account wasn't debited at the end of the month(July) yet they have tacked on a fee for the end of this month(August) as a bounced debit fee. This fee is unauthorized .They debit as and when they feel like it. If you are thinking of Telkom mobile for a cell phone contract, save yourself a lot of hassle and poor service and go elsewhere. They are plain and simple unwilling to assist the customer. The only response iv been given is wait 24 hours.
Pathetic and disgusting no service at all. Lies, lies and more lies. Refund pending after 6 weeks of stories and empty promises. The only way to get a reaction from them is by posting here on Hello Peter. Maybe this will expidite the refund at least.
We placed an online order 2 weeks ago. There was no follow up or communication from Partserve. After calling I finally got put through to Garth who heads up online sales. Needless to say, this charming (not) fellow does not return calls. I then spoke to Louis, national sales manager, who kept making promises only later to tell me they overstated the stock on the website and assured me the item would be in today for testing. He was obviously buying time as I called today to be told hes on leave. I spoke to Garth today and was told another 3 days and then he will give me feedback. After discussing with my manager, we have decided this has gone on too long and also wanted to know why it will take so long to test a part. I called Garth and instead of him taking the call i was put through to Durban. Durban has no record of an item in stock. The lady at the Durban branch has put a query through to Garth to call me and suprise, suprise, no call back. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You dont treat your customers as an annoyance or behave as if you are too good to take a call. I want feedback.
Incredibly poor customer service, absolutely no accountability when an error is made by them. You as the customer must grin and bear it. Wrong sizes supplied and they simply dont care nor wish to rectify the issue.
I wish i could give a 0 star rating. Absolutely shocking customer service. Shannon Ram the so called manager REALLY needs to learn how to speak to people. He cost my company an R80 000 order. He shouts at customers, even if you ask him nicely to talk like a gentleman, he wont, so i gave up trying. Internet Express, if Shannon is the face of your company it is extremely sad. I am so tired of the way he speaks to me. oh and by the way if you are upset, you are a bad customer. Shannon will tell you his calls are recored to prove it. Lets get together and all listen to the recordings of this gem of an indivual who claims to be an angel and his customers the devil. But hey, who needs customers when your ego can fill up the entirety of South Africa.
