No. Just no. Its not okay to take close on 2hrs to deliver fish and chips. Then when reminding the Waitrose of a medical condition the team was advised of with one of the group- the one meal is delivered and the other five patrons are left waiting for "plating" to take place for another 20 minutes. This coupled with disinterested rude Waitrons cavorting around with zero feedback. Then after requesting to speak to manager we have Mr. Verlin arrive with a half baked apology and when pressed further for reasons for the poor service we are offered the perfunctory "the kitchen having recieved too many orders at once" and the same rude Waitrose returns offering to provide a dessertnon the house. No thanks- Still waiting on the contact details for the offical complaint line. Too little too late.
