Vincent Hardware excellent, friendly, standout service
To arrive at their door and always have staff wait there ready to assist you is an absolute gift. And if they can’t find what you looking for, they immediately ask for assistance. They are very well known for this. Once again I was so impressed I asked to speak to a manager. He’d been working there for 20 years. I thanked him profusely. Gave him a huge hug

Vincent Hardware excellent, friendly, standout service
To arrive at their door and always have staff wait there ready to assist you is an absolute gift. And if they can’t find what you looking for, they immediately ask for assistance. They are very well known for this. Once again I was so impressed I asked to speak to a manager. He’d been working there for 20 years. I thanked him profusely. Gave him a huge hug

Blond general worker acting as ops manager# Vincent hardware
To who it may Concern I would like to just bring to your attention the fact that one of your staff members have such an appalling attitude that I literally need to turn around and leave the store when I see her . Clearly your company accepts and represents this blatant display of selfrighteousness. Is much rather drive to queenstown than set foot in their store . This said blond lady needs to climb off her high horse and realize that she isn't exactly the CEO.. I know I'm not the only person who has witnessed her arrogance . #utterly disgusted

I have gone to many a Hardware store as we are doing repairs and maintenance on our home, and I have found that I get everything at Vincent Hardware at a great price. I love that there us someone on hand as I get to the entrance willing to assist me. Keep up the good service pls.

I love going to Vincent Hardware we are doing work on our home I placed an order for delivery as usual and if arrived on time and in good order as usual. I have been to most of the other Hardware Stores and it's very frustrating they either don't have what I need in stock or don't keep it, I go to Vincent Hardware and all my needs are met promp and friendly service WELL DONE VINCENT HARDWARE

I love going to Vincent Hardware we are doing work on our home I placed an order for delivery as usual and if arrived on time and in good order as usual. I'm most impressed with thus store from the young man who assisted me at the door, the lady behind the cash register to the delivery man. Fast efficient service, delivery was surprising affordable and fast. I found everything I needed and more. Well done Vincent Hardware keep up the great work, must say I shopped around the prices are great, very different story at the other Hardware stores in EL.
