I am HIGHLY ANNOYED! I have not had a loan agreement with Boost Loans since December 2023. I have emailed the collections department, with no response. I do not have a loan amount owing to Boost loans. I do not have any pending debit orders for Boost loans to collect. Worst of all – I DID NOT authorise a Debicheck!!! This is not fair and totally not professional or okay. How can people do this? This is ********!!!! It is theft and undenyibly the worst Customer Service! This Company should be closed down for what it is doing to the clients that once trusted them. I want a full refund and a damn good explanation. I then want my customer account portal completely deleted and removed from their database! I will NEVER use this pathetic company again!!!!!!!!
Where do I start? The WORST service. No respect or value for their clients. Customer Care has not responded at all - service has become non-existent. The 25 February 2024 fell on a Sunday. My boss therefore released salaries on Monday 26th February - this is because the Sunday is not deemed a banking day. On Monday evening, when my salary reflected, Wonga Loans debit order went off of my banking account. This is correct and I didn't forsee any issues going forward. Yesterday (27 February 2024) I received an SM telling me that Wonga Loans had handed me over to Blake Associates!!! I took a screenshot of the SMS and emailed Wonga Loans - requesting urgent feedback. Not a single form of communication has been received. Today (28 February 2024) I received a phone call from Blake Associates - my payment agreement has not lapsed. My account payments are up to date. Wonga Loans has broken the agreement and now handed me over for NO REASON!!!! Be very careful of this company - service and customer care means nothing to them!

I bought an item from a really nice person via the bidorbuy platform. Unfortunately, bidorbuy stipulates that their courier - Internet Express - must be used for courier service. Internet Express is pathetically useless! As a result of many attempts to contact the courier from myself and the seller I still do not have my item. I now must proceed with a case of theft at the police station- I’m furious - as a customer I should not have to endure this level of stress. And my poor seller shouldn’t need to deal with this either. Bidorbuy needs to replace their courier service with a reputable honest courier. I will not stand for such poor service. And bid or buy offers no compensation or ways forward for such treatment - in 2023- this service is not acceptable- sort your business out!!!
Shocking service - pathetic communication and complete lack of interest. I have NEVER dealt with such *********** people in all my life. My parcel is late and the call centre cannot give answers as the driver's cellphone is " on voicemail" - when I followed up with the question" and now what?" - then I was placed on hold again and again the Call Centre cannot get hold of their own driver - but no worries - they happy to let the client experience anxiety and panic - HORRIFIC COMPANY - I have dealt with couriers for years - this is by far the VERY WORST service
The WORST Bank to even deal with! I have had nothing but absolute pain and anguish with this bank... It is a ABSOLUTE Nightmare to get hold of an actual person and I am so tired at this point - this bank does not care at all about customers. There is no way that this behaviour from this bank should be accepted. Last week I received *****ulant transactions on my main card linked to my internet banking. I was phoned by Standard bank. I was told I had to cancel my card. That means 3-5 days without access to MY OWN money!!!! Should I want more immediate service (2 days for a new card) I needed to authorize a payment of R450.00 for that service! What a cheek!!!!!! Then the courier service DSV tells me they cannot change delivery addresses for the card delivery because I must phone the bank to authorise that - what even!!! So I struggled AGAIN and now i am sitting with a card and still NO FU*!ING access to my own money and I have no idea how to proceed and once again I am 22nd in the queue! PATHETIC! SHAMEFUL! Bunch of *********** fools....
What an amazing experience! The website was so easy and user-friendly - delivery took place within 3-4 working days. The delivery service was efficient and the products are amazing!!! I LOVE all of the Isabella Garcia products and I can never go back to buying cheaper products from other retailers. Everyone deserves to feel special and to fall in love with their own skin all over again - this company and their products will have you totally in love with your own skin and features. I can NEVER thank Isabella Garcia International enough!!!!! WOW - WOW - WOW!!!!! Pure magic!

Despite my poor reception and completely childish behaviour, I received great service from dotsure.co.za, my Consultant, Imke De Vries was lovely and although I treated her badly and poorly she continued to try and help me as best as she could. Difficult clients are not a pleasure to deal with and I have to say that Imke continued to go the extra mile every step of the way. I thank you Imke, your company are very lucky to have you. I hope we can continue to work together with my quote and my pet insurance.
