Very bad customer service, no one cared to assist properly. Got an item that was on display just because they were lazy to go collect a boxed new one
Halfway Gardens area has been without internet for the past 3 days, and when I called in yesterday I was told the issue would be resolved by 8pm (23rd). woke up without connection yet again, and no communication is sent out to the customer about this and we are expected to understand? Please explain and fix the problem . How is one suppose to work ?

For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing the worst connectivity with vumatel /level 7. Sometimes communication is sent out sometimes it’s not you just expected to under , but trust and believe they won’t be late with collecting full payment even though half the month you don’t have connection. When you report the issue to them they will emphasise that you will pay call out fee that time they know pretty well that they network has been ****
Friendly service and always willing to go an extra mile for they clients . Keep it up
I called in Monday the 1st of March 2021 about a meter number cause the meter box didn't have one. I called her again cause the electricity I bought didn't want to load , only to find out she gave me a wrong meter number. She told me she was going to reimburse me , it is now Friday I am still waiting and my electricity is running out and my calls are now being ignored
Yesterday ordered food using UberEats and had requested to pay cash. While waiting for the food and tracking using the app , noticed that the drivers were changed. Probable changed 4 to 5 times. after 45min waiting for the food I called the restaurant I ordered the food at and they told me my food was already out for delivery and I should just wait but on the app the driver was on their way to collect... and they couldn't tell me who after an hour and few minutes of waiting I had to cancel the order cause they driver texted me and told me my food way already out for delivery. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME. my main worry is if I had paid via card my money would've been gone
I had requested for a return request a few minutes after receiving my order from takealot last week Tuesday (7th of July 2020).. I've been waiting for a response because my order was damaged and I can use it.
