Virgin Money Is A Scam

It's been two weeks and no one wants to help me with the policy. I got an email saying I canceled my policy which I didn't. I just asked and have been asking for more then a year now that they remove one member who is not alive anymore. Virgin Money still deducts from my account even after I told them to remove the one person, they still refuse to pay out my claim a year later. This per son doesn't respond to my mails nor calls Alison Ferraris Head: Life Products AIG Life South Africa I have sent her over 12 emails but still no response.
