Shocking service, arrogant
Shocking service, admin chaos, non-reply to emails. Tried to charge me for their service plus the cost of the visa despite no visa being issued. Their poor service resulted in my having to cancel my planned trip to Congo-Brazzavile. When I requested the return of my passport, they refused, on the basis that I would not pay for the non-issued visa! During my attempts to get my passport back from VisRequest, a staff member twice put the phone down on me.

Incompetent - their mistake cost me thousands!
AVOID VISA REQUEST! From my personal experience I would not recommend anyone use their services. The consultants take chances and are not closely familiar with the rules and regulations of the consulates and different immigration laws. I was given the wrong instructions to proceed with a UK transit visa application before I had entry into my destination Schengen area even after explicitly asking the consultant on this and the application was refused on those grounds. In my particular case there was really no room for error and this ended up costing me upwards of R7000 and untold stress and I needed to book a new flight ticket directly into a Schengen area. Their management team refused to take any responsibility in the matter and staff generally showed zero sense of urgency. My advice would be to DO IT YOURSELF. At the end of the day almost all applications are online and VisaRequest adds little to no value during the process.

Outdated visa requirements
Poor information supplied via email for the visa requirements to secure a 6 month British tourist visa. Their information indicated that I obtain 3 months bank statements yet the actual requirement is 6 months past bank statements. The result?? BACK to stand in a queue at the bank to obtain more bank statements. WASTE of precious TIME. This company did NOT make my visa application any easier - they made it MORE tedious!!
