I can understand why this company is so bent on customers paying for not using the gym , since COVID I wanted to cancel the Gym they said I cannot because of the outstanding amount that is owing to them , and the account then was around R2000 and I battle to make this payment now I finished payment they said my account is now R5000 because I couldn't cancel the guy . Please kindly assist me in this regard because this is crazy .I must pay for a service that I didn't get after paying my outstanding amount.
