I have written a review on this school complaining of unfair treatment and I still have no response till now .it is so sad and pathetic really .My brothers daughter has been declined admission for about ,4 years consecutively his daughters name is Gwenneth .And my brothers name is Jacob Nartey. Please kindly allocate a space for this innocent child. And do not make her sad .
I shaidat and my brother Jacob have been trying had to change a booking and they have just not come to solve the problem despite the fact that we stated that it was urgent . I wrote a while back complaining of unfair treatment .Well I am so even more astonished that I have received no response ,no apologies nothing .
I am appealing to the above company to please kindly return the unauthorized debit of R180 . I am at least relieved they have stopped the debit order.
I did report this company last year because they debited my account after cancelling my contract of an amount of R180 . I am at least relieved that the stopped debiting but they still have not refunded my money. I will appreciate if they can refund the money back into my account please.

They really do not care despite my complaints they have not contacted me . No emails no phone calls nothing
I can understand why this company is so bent on customers paying for not using the gym , since COVID I wanted to cancel the Gym they said I cannot because of the outstanding amount that is owing to them , and the account then was around R2000 and I battle to make this payment now I finished payment they said my account is now R5000 because I couldn't cancel the guy . Please kindly assist me in this regard because this is crazy .I must pay for a service that I didn't get after paying my outstanding amount.
I am having a bad experience with cell C contract that I have , this company is so ruthless when it comes to payment I can wait for my contract to be over with them .I noticed they just randomly go debit your account as soon as one debit order at the month end fails just once I had this experience and they just keep on going to my account till they got Thier money and every time they add additional charges of failed debit order. Hence I changed my bank details and sent an email stating I will be paying my account without a debit order , and this company keeps doing the same thing every month claiming failed debit order so my account is permanently increased with this R70 .This is grossly unfair and very *********ly. And I always pay a little above the amount due .
I have a bad experience with them as I sold my car two years ago and I cancelled the contract and paid the fees for cancellation and just now last November 2024 they commenced debiting my account , I tried to stop the debit order but standard bank said they can not cancel the debit order because they have my bank details so they can always go and debit . I have the reference number of the letter that I wrote when I cancelled which is 136****0. The letter was dated 14 July 2023.
