Thank you very much for repairing my vehicle! And thank you for keeping me posted the whole time. I always knew where my car was, and which stage of the repairs where being done. Very friendly staff and well kept offices and workshops.

VLAM Panel Beaters is the worst panel beater. My car stayed there for over 6 months (Mercedes S63 AMG). When I got my car back I had to stand and wait for them to sort out defects while I was watching. A month later my vehicle is leaking oil, they don't want to be liable they're not taking my messages or returning my calls. What a way to run a business.

My vehicle was in an accident in 2019. We got it back in 2020, however the panel beater cut off the part that had the vin plate. Since 2020 to date we have been communicating back and forth with emails regarding re-printing our vin plate. They have been terrible with helping us and it has been a nightmare trying to get assistance from them. Some things such as the engine caps were missing and we had to go back and request things such as carpets and others which were missing from the car.
