Carbon Black Auto are a bunch of ******. Sold my Ferarri to them in August 2023. It's almost February 2024 the cars still in my name and not settled. They've sold the car and had it come back to the dealership claiming mechanical issues after it was delivered to Durban and driven by a new owner for over a month. Bought over 9 cars from these ****** and its not the first time they've taken months to settle a vehicle they've had for months on end.

Battery Exploded!
Battery Exploded and almost hurt my guys, a battery that was less than a week old they won't even change the battery for me or take any accountability as the manufacturer. Never ever buy a Raylite Battery

VLAM Panel Beaters Is The Worst
VLAM Panel Beaters is the worst panel beater. My car stayed there for over 6 months (Mercedes S63 AMG). When I got my car back I had to stand and wait for them to sort out defects while I was watching. A month later my vehicle is leaking oil, they don't want to be liable they're not taking my messages or returning my calls. What a way to run a business.

Auto Glen Worst BMW Dealership in South Africa
Auto Glen is the ****tiest BMW Dealership in the whole country. All the time I go there they always have issues when it comes to authorizing repairs on vehicles which are on Motor plan. I have a 2018 BMW X6 M 2016 BMW M6 and 2016 435i. All the time I bring in any of these cars there's stories. Currently they are waiting for a so called part number from BMW SA I mean what the ****. How can they not have a part number for a car that they ****ing built. That's a load of Bull****. Not to mention BMW SA's uselessness they know **** all. Mercedes is calling me.
