Poor Service Volkswagen Stellenbosch
The Stellenbosch Volkswagen service department was very unhelpful and unprofessional with my latest visit. My car was in distress and not starting at all, the service department advised that I need a diagnostic on my vehicle. They did not inform me that the service department is fully booked and that they cannot help me within a short period of time. Diagnostics on a vehicle does not take very long to complete. Furthermore, we were told if in fact the diagnostics was completed on the vehicle for R1200 there is NO document for the client afterwards, only an oral confirmation of what is wrong with your vehicle. For what do you pay then for R1200? The service received from Volkswagen was really poor.

They will **** you!and break your car so that you come for more business! I took my car for service. Few weeks later it broke down. My car never had issues and NTT didnt notice any issue during seevice. I took my car for repairs under warranty. They sent invoice to warranty then sent another invoice for R12 thousand to me. I said I dont have money and they said that was a mistake that actual invoice is R5 thousand. I called warranty and confirmed they NTT is dishonest, the warranty had approved the whole amount and the additional amount added by NTT was misleading. Do not even try them

Welcoming and helpful
Bought a Volkswagen from another dealership and had a few concerns about the vehicle. Just pitched up at Volkswagen Stellenbosch and the workshop manager took the time to go for a drive with me in the car and compare it to a similar but new model, and explained to me why my vehicle was operating as it should.

Dear Nina / Dealer principle - Stellenbosch Volkswagen I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your dealership, which unfortunately left me with a significant degree of dissatisfaction. Despite my initial interest in purchasing a vehicle from your establishment, I encountered an instance of subpar service, which ultimately led me to explore other options. Regrettably, I found a comparable vehicle at a different dealership for a significantly lower price, which prompted me to make my purchase elsewhere. The dealership did not take the time to compare my quotation and or gave any feedback regarding the enquiry! As a loyal Volkswagen customer, it is disheartening to have had such a negative encounter at your dealership.
