**** Batteries
Hi I posted about S-Volt quite a few weeks ago nobody came back to me so I recommend you stay away from S-Volt products Warranty means nothing You get the product but you sit with the problem. Don't waste your money on S-volt buy other brands and check first for decent goods

Very Poor Product
S Volt Lithium Ion Batteries Caution when purchasing S-Volt 24 Volt batteries I purchased 2 S-volt 25,6 -106AH batteries in March 2025 and that is where the problem started. When I received the batteries they were discharged. I purchased from say X Company in JHB and I was informed that that there is a guarantee on the batteries. I sent the batteries back and was informed my setup was incorrect which is nonsense! I had to pay courier fees back and forth. I also contacted S-Volt directly and they were not very accommodating to me at all. My problem is as follows: The batteries don’t last the night drawing a computer and DSTV. It is supposed to be 5,6 KW and a computer only draws 100 watt and DSTV minimal. There is supposed to be a guarantee but NO there is no after sales service at all. They say it’s my system but I know the batteries are not holding the charge as they are supposed to. So here is my concern Don’t but S-Volt batteries there is no after sales service and you are being told ******* about the batteries and the Poor Consumer sits with the problem. So my advice is look for another supplier and don’t purchase S-Volt batteries stay away from that company.

VOLT AFRICA gives really terrible service
Our company had a campaign with IOL. We made full payment and the Facebook account manager agreed to assist us with our deadlines. Every time we had to follow up with them. They also knew that we were doing the campaign with other countries and we ended up being the only country that didn't meet our deadline. Even a whole 2 weeks after the end of the campaign they still didn't complete our campaign and kept saying we didn't send the files in the correct format, when we just resent it in the same format the first time for all the ones they posted previously. They even mentioned that there were technical problems as to why we couldn't have our posts posted on time. Before which, they kept promising it would be posted at 11am, then 12 pm then technical issues. We then complained and opted for a refund. Over a month later, we still haven't received our refund. Absolutely terrible service that we received from them. They do a great job for your first post and then afterwards you have to keep following up asking if they've received the material as they don't feedback on time. Would not recommend them at all. It's really bad that IOL chose Volt Africa to do their Facebook or perhaps we just weren't big enough customers for them to care enough about.
