Disappointed
I have always had an amazing time and always received good service from the shop but today I was so disappointed, my heart sank so hard i almost picked it up from the floor....I bought a firearm and I went there ready to used in and practice my shooting so i can also get used to the firearm, only to get to the shop and i was told the firearm is not there they are still waiting for delivery...My Mood went from exited to under my feet I had an instant dry mouth and my eyes started to tear up....all I ask for is Communicating tell me that I am buying something that is not in the shop but need to be delivered, now I have a waisted day as I booked a day off from work especially for going to the Range

Disappointed

VOS GUNSHOP SHOULD WEAR FACEMASKS!
Since April 2019 this company has not refunded me my R1600 for pistol magazines that they could not supply me! They say their policy is no refunds! So stupid when you can't supply me with my order. - surely they must refund. Buys beware!

Since April 2019 this company has not refunded me my R1600 for pistol magazines that they could not supply me! They say their policy is no refunds! So stupid when you can't supply me with my order. - surely they must refund. Buys beware!

Vos Gun Shop - bad business
Very disappointing will not refer anyone there. Bought a brand new firearm there nearly 2 years ago for my wife, it only came with one magazine. I then paid for 2 magazines in April 2019. - for R1600-00. Ask that they should phone me when it gets in (on order). Every 2 months I'll pass the shop just to find out the status. With no joy - the supplier being blamed. Mid December 2019 on still nothing being supplied I cancelled the order and asked my money back. They refused saying I must take something else. asking for 2 types of ammunition - no having in stock. Chris under took to deliver the ammunition (replacement to the handgun magazines that they could not supply) when it came in to my house, of course did not happen. Now 18 th February 2020 Jaco the owner now also refuses to refund me. - Sick and tired!!! Bad Business stay away!!

Good service
I bought 3 firearms from them this year. No problems whatsoever, best advice received from Tom, Jaco and Chris. They kept me up to date on the progress of firearms ordered. I cannot complain about anything while using they're service.

Good service
I bought 3 firearms from them this year. No problems whatsoever, best advice received from Tom, Jaco and Chris. They kept me up to date on the progress of firearms ordered. I cannot complain about anything while using they're service.

VOS Gunshop in Vereeniging - REALLY **** service!!!
I bought a pistol from this VOS guns in 3 Rivers, Vereeniging. For 2 weeks they didn't answer their phone. I e-mailed them and they responded by telling me they will be open for business as from 11 April 2018. I live elsewhere and had arranged with RAM couriers to collect the pistol and to be shipped to a local gun shop for keeping until my license arrives. I have a letter from the polices stating that the licence has been approved. They absolutely refused to send this. This is standard practice for gun shops to send to each other. The local gun shop owner here contacted Chris, the manager and he was just simply rubbed off. This is pathetic.

Worst client service ever
<p>lve bought a 9mm at Vos gunshop in Vereeniging in 2016 June.I did my competency and recieved it 4Jan 2017,I then went to admit my licence application to the police station where they told me the firearm is still on the owners name and not even on the dealers name.I sended my wife to Vos gunshop to hear whats the problem and Jaco Potgieter said he will get the documents from where he bought the firearm.I left S A on the 8th of Jan and was promised by Jaco the documents asap.After many attempts to phone Jaco to hear whats the story he jusy ignores phone calls,whats app messages and emails.I had to get Maruis from a nearby shop to ask what the problem was.My e mail to Jaco fell on a deaf ear,and no replies.From last week saturday I struggled to get my money back after I asked for a fe fund,I got my money today.I will never ever recommend or direct any future clients to Vos gunshop,the worst client service ever </p>
