Despite me sending countless emails for them to cancel this policy they are still debiting my account
I have always had an amazing time and always received good service from the shop but today I was so disappointed, my heart sank so hard i almost picked it up from the floor....I bought a firearm and I went there ready to used in and practice my shooting so i can also get used to the firearm, only to get to the shop and i was told the firearm is not there they are still waiting for delivery...My Mood went from exited to under my feet I had an instant dry mouth and my eyes started to tear up....all I ask for is Communicating tell me that I am buying something that is not in the shop but need to be delivered, now I have a waisted day as I booked a day off from work especially for going to the Range
I have been trying to Cancel my policy with Auto n General due to very bad service I got from them now they dont want to cancel and keep debating my account with out my consent as I send them email stating that I do not want the policy anymore and they should cancel they told me to call them, I did call them and i spoke to a rude consultant who dropped the phone on me, i them send a 4th email stating that I do not need them anymore because I deserve a better service and they should cancel my policy and stop debiting my account but they still continue and even have the nerve to send me a debi check mandate
I Experienced a very stage customer service at this company they have a don't care attitude towards customers it's their way or the high way you ether do what they say or you walk out and they couldn't careless.... I asked for a simple thing that the Reception lady talk to the insurance person that I had on the line with my own airtime so a simple request can be resolved simply and i get my care the answer I got was " I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH INSURANCE PEOPLE " wow that was my reaction that let me to end up using airtime to the value R300 Calling back and forth the Two companies just because they do not want to communicate to each other but they do business with each other I felt so defeated and exhausted
Out of all the insurance companies I been with I trusted King Price but I was so disappointed with how I was treated to the point were I an seriously considering to Cancel my business with them as i am left careless and in debt but I have insurance...Firstly I was told that my excess with be higher that the initial agreement because I only been with the insurance for less that 3 months, then on rub salt in the wound I could not get a rental car as I was informed I will have to pay some refundable fee in order to get the care... why car is WHY ? because it's covered in the policy I should only pay for fuel and then be held reposible if the care is damaged when I return it... not pay anything from my pocket why do I Have the cover to start with... I had to cancel the claim due to the fact that there was no action on the side of the insurance my car was just sitting there no phone call no update nothing then when I call I get Rude agents who couldn't care less about my situation or financial issue.. ended up towing my car somewhere else to where it's getting the attention it needs because I need it not just for it to be dumped at an assessment yard and left there I'm so disappointed and Angry in King Price
This company ******* my wife and put her under dept review after she specifically told them she doesn't want to be under dept review when my wife called them a rude female consultant refused to help her spoke to her in a super rude way saying my wife is a layer, I am so angry at the moment my blood is actually boiling, this company doesn't have professional consultant at all, that is not a way to talk to people if you are not prepared to deal with people then you are in the wrong profession
SARS is the most Stressing Company in SA you can't get hold of them when you want them you can even use their app to get hold of them seems like they enjoy seeing people suffer and standing endless lines just to be told you forgot this or that we can't help you...their app is not user friendly at all and I been trying to update my Contact details so I can access the app I can't...the AI will send instructions but those instructions don't work I am so frustrated at the moment it's beyond words...I requested a call back month back but still nothing not even and sms says we can't call you because of this or that

I am so disappointed with the treatment I received from discovery yesterday I am even looking for another insurance ASAP as I see I am not in the right place there...I had a Mechanical problem yesterday while on my way to Durban on the N3 and the treatment I got was so poor it made me sick to a point that I ended up driving my car for about 3 hours to Continues to my destination as I sow that I will end up sleeping with my Family on the streets because the agent who was helping me couldn't careless...I ask about the rental she kept telling me I must Google and see wr can I find a car to hire and they will only help me if it's available what's that ?, I kept calling their call center and my call kept being cut off and they did not get back to me, Even now no one called me to even ask if I was able to find accommodation or did I manage to fix the car Nothing, not even an SMS...I had to drive my car with every light ON on the desh bored hopping and prying the Engen don't just Stop or blow up.... how can u tell a person to Google find a rental car and accommodation as an agent while you have everything on your disposal to help the client 🤔 I am currently Stressed I am in an unfami**** place with kids who are uncomfortable and I am worried about our safety then you tell me I must Google on top of that I must call you and give you feedback as if you are the one insured by me WOW, I could write a book on how badly I was treated yesterday and how worthless I felt as a client under discovery don't even get me started on the towing guy they sent to get me Oooh My GOD if unprofessional was a person his picture would be the definition. I'm so angry it's not Even funny
I bought My self an expensive Brand of Perfume at Vaal Mall Edgar's in the beginning of November 2024 by the Name of Guess UOMO ACQUA thinking that I would Enjoy using it but to my surprise it only smells Good just after I use it then in a few minutes you can hardly smell it...as a Public Servent it is important to me to Smell Good as well as I deal with people Especially in this Hot weather, I find my self having to use my bottle of Perfume more than two to three times a day just to at least stay fresh I am very much unhappy with this brand and I would not recommend it to anyone and it was recommended to me by the sales person and I was Promised a Good Experience, not a TAKE ME TO THE GATE type of scent, I was expecting something that would last throughout the day
