I won my case against Waidler in 2022 where he said the car crashed at 137kph in under 130m from the car taking off but momentum still believed him because he does not lie. After 3 years of fighting Momentum and Waidler I won the case because the tracker BUFFERING report showed the car crashed at 85kph. Momentum only asked for this report 3 years later when they were backed up into a corner. This report is speed and distance per split second. They could have asked for this report after they got 2 accident reconstruction specialists come to the scene and get a speed of 68kph and 85kp but chose to go with Waildler because his data did not lie. I was paid fully for the car with interest and storage. This is my number if you need help 0849218331

Had a claim with Discovery and Waidler was appointed to retrieve information from the my car's black box. My claim was rejected due to the information provided in Waidler's report which alleged that I was doing speeds almost twice the speeds I stated to have been doing. Luckily I have the tracker and the Discovery Insure sensor data that show speeds closer to my own statements. Waidler dazzles you with a report full of arbitrary numbers and then thumb sucks a conclusion. Absolute ******!

My claim with Outsurance has been rejected due to Waidlers false and incorrect report. Nine weeks later, to be told by Outsurance that my legitamite claim has been rejected due to Waidlers report. They obviously work hand in hand to help each other out. BEWARE disgusting companies. They even stated the following in their report and I quote "Possible deliberate attempt to *****." How dare they accuse of "possible *****." Shame on you Waidler

This ****mer of a company sent a report to Telesure investment, Telesure which is a company that works for budget insurance to investigate their claims. According to Waidler report, the same key that was used to ***** the car is the very same key I provided to the insurance, their data does not even correspond with my car track information. They overlook the fact that the car key might have been cloned or anything of that sort but no, they already made a ruling that the same key was used. The time provided that the key was used it’s the very same time I was at the police station with the car key. Now they sent a report as Is and Budget insurance is basing the claim on this untested data. If you are with an insurance company that uses Telesure Investment, just know that you are good as not having one cause they will look for a loophole to not pay out. My ford Ranger 2023 is gone, I had insurance but it won’t even pay out!

My car has been sitting with Waidler for over a month now for them to pull a report on the car. In the meantime, my insurer is not paying or declining while they wait in Waidler. I was told by the investigator that I would have the report from them within 30 days. They gave me a date being the 1st of Feb 2019 COB I would have the report. It is not the 13th of Feb and I have still not received the report.

I had only driven 600m on a road that I have driven on for the last 10 years , its a public road , tried to avoid an oncomin car and lost control , only to hit a tree . According to the so called specialists , some dodgy company called Waidler , they claim that I was doing 143km according to the data they collected from my car . who is this company ? Do they have proper credentials ? They only "collected " this data after 2 months while my car was parked at some storage. My claim has been rejected based on this report from this Waidler , these people cannot go unchallenged , they are messing with peoples wellbeing . My car is written off and I must still carry on paying for a car thats not there due to their untested methods .

Waidler where contracted by Outsurance to recover electronically saved information from my BMW 435 convertable. Due to their report my claim was rejected for FRAUD and Reckless driving. Waidler claimed in their report that my accident did not happen 2 Oct as was reported but a day or 2 earlier and that i was travelling at 195 km/h and did not engage the cars brakes. I have allreadey proved thew wrong as after disputing the claim, Outsurance has now withdrawn the FRAUD claim but are rejecting it on the speed. I proved WAIDLER were wrong about the date and have proof their claim about the speed is also wrong. A car weighing 1740 kg, driving at 195 km/h and no drakes were engaged(as per their report), the car hit nothing and eneded up in a flat veld. How far would it take to come to a stand still? I had a engenier work it out. Its over 1km. The car was 15 to 30 m into a veld, never rolled or hit anything. The braking distance on tar would have been further driving at 195 km/h. I prooved to Otsurance they got the date wrong (CCTV) I will prove they got the speed wrong !
