I won my case against Waidler in 2022 where he said the car crashed at 137kph in under 130m from the car taking off but momentum still believed him because he does not lie. After 3 years of fighting Momentum and Waidler I won the case because the tracker BUFFERING report showed the car crashed at 85kph. Momentum only asked for this report 3 years later when they were backed up into a corner. This report is speed and distance per split second. They could have asked for this report after they got 2 accident reconstruction specialists come to the scene and get a speed of 68kph and 85kp but chose to go with Waildler because his data did not lie. I was paid fully for the car with interest and storage. This is my number if you need help 0849218331
Do not trust this store, their genuine leather products are definitely the cheapest leather that starts fraying in less than a year. Inferior leather couches that cost an arm and a leg. They will give you the run around and never help.
I took out a 24 month contract for my iPhone 14 and only recently found out I am on a 36 month contract. Called numerous times and could not get help , this is going on for the past 3 months. Eventually I got hold of Fanafuti mfalazi a team leader there who promised me the recording , he said he heard the conversations but cannot find the terms and conditions conversation which I donot believe. Go into the store to do an upgrade don’t us Ignition.
Worst online company to deal with. Bought a 40000mah , definitely less than a 10000mah and the c type charging port does not work. After almost half a month to get hold of their customer service to return their defective item I was told I need to return the item in its original packaging and I will have to pay for the courier back to them. They do not have a phone number to call them on just watsapp. Eventually after their so called management got involved I was offered a 80% refund of initial purchase price because I did not have the original packaging. I decided to keep the defective item because the courier will cost me R100 and I will lose 20% of R350 I paid excluding their delivery fee. The lesson I learnt is if something is too good to be true, like a 40000mah power bank for R350 something is definitely wrong. Hopefully this will help other unsuspecting people like myself avoid this thieving company.
I am a customer of dot Sure for the past 2 years and I was given a call on Friday 25 November to tell me my policy will be cancelled because I made 3 claims in the past 2 years. How can you run a warranty company when you don’t want to pay for repairs that arise. I will definitely not refer your company to anyone.
