What a disappointment

disappointment! I booked 6tickets online 1andhalf hour on the bay yesterday (31 October 2021)for my husband's birthday only to be told when we arrived that they don't have the 1andhalf hour boat for the day if they get us on the 1hour I won't be able to get the refund on the difference which didn't make sense also because I paid for the 1andhalf I should get my change.

Now what made it even worse is to be told I'll be charged 10% on cancelation otherwise I must come another day HOW? because I'm the one who was disappointed there with my whole family on what was supposed to be a surprise trip and THERE WAS NO BOAT why must I be charged cancelation fee?
