Good day

On or about November 2023 I had a claim with Cia Insurance as our complex is registered with them,and they appointed Water lite as the contractor.

My gyser was leaking then i claimed with the insurance then the appointed contract came and find that the gyser was damaged, and needed to be replaced.

Same was done and I paid the access requested. They left and the gyser worked fine.

Then hardly 7 months after the replacement there was a leak from the roof I called the insurance again they dispatched another contractor that discovered that the pressure valve that was used by Water Lite was *********** / low quality to the brand of the geyser they installed .

I was made to pay another access and complained to CIA and to date I have not received any feedback from them.instead they sent Water Lite an email of which was ignored . So clearly the contractors are robbing us unsuspecting customers by using inferior parts and we pay for such.

As stated in my email I want my refund .
