WAVE TENTS BASED IN EPPING CAPE TOWN ARE ****MERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been ****med by this company. Booked them in September for an event in DECEMBER. They require 50% deposit to secure date of event. Which was paid. I told them I am afraid of being ****med and asked them to provide references, I called the references and were told that they are reliable. Based on the references I went with them in good faith. I stayed in constant communication with them to remind them of my date which they acknowledged. They were supposed to drop off a day before the event ad collect a day after. The day BEFORE (8AM) they confirmed drop off at 4:30pm they never pitched. NO COMMUNICATION AFTER THAT AND THEN I WAS BLOCKED. R1400 GONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE A RATING FROM ME.

Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I booked and paid in full for a marquee rental for my mother’s 80th birthday, celebration 31/05/2025 — a very important and sentimental event for our family. Initially, communication with the business was acceptable; they responded to messages and even rescheduled the delivery time. However, on the day of the event, they failed to show up completely. I tried to call and message them multiple times to find out what was going on, but they ignored all communication and eventually blocked me without any explanation or refund. This caused a great deal of stress and disappointment on what should have been a joyful day. I cannot recommend this business due to their lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic customer service. Please think twice before trusting them with your important event.

Wave Tent ****
We booked a Marquee tent throught wave tents over a month in advance and paid the deposit. The day before the event, that over 200 people were attending). They were supposed to bring it at 10am. They answered my first couple of calls and gave excuses, driver is delayed etc. At 3:45pm they let us know it was double booked and we weren't getting a tent. End of business day on a Friday! They have ****** my deposit and are not answering my calls. Do not use them!!
