Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs

I booked and paid in full for a marquee rental for my mother’s 80th birthday, celebration 31/05/2025 — a very important and sentimental event for our family. Initially, communication with the business was acceptable; they responded to messages and even rescheduled the delivery time. However, on the day of the event, they failed to show up completely.

I tried to call and message them multiple times to find out what was going on, but they ignored all communication and eventually blocked me without any explanation or refund. This caused a great deal of stress and disappointment on what should have been a joyful day.

I cannot recommend this business due to their lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic customer service. Please think twice before trusting them with your important event.
