Back wax nightmare

I had the worst experience at this branch. Went in to get my back waxed on the 8th March and still struggling with a break out. My back is full of marks which I never had and ****les all over. They gave me a spray 2 weeks later to calm it down and it didn't really help me. I called in to give feedback and was promised that the manager would call me back for a solution and didn't receive a call to date. I've been waxing my back at the Kyalami branch for over 5 consecutive years and never experienced any reaction.
