Virgin Active Waterfall - Midrand
Virgin Active Waterfall - Midrand has no hot water in the shower on a cold winter day. Absolutely terrible. It's 8 degrees outside and this is the type of shower we must have after using the facilities. My debit order has failed for 8 consecutive months and they expect me to call in every month. This is the only debit order that fails on my bank account.

Virgin Active Vodaworld
There's no maintenance at Virgin Active vodaworld. The female bathrooms are so dirty. The shower doors are missing and some are falling apart. There's wet toilet paper on the floor and there place stinks. Very unhygienic and a health hazard

Back wax nightmare
I had the worst experience at this branch. Went in to get my back waxed on the 8th March and still struggling with a break out. My back is full of marks which I never had and ****les all over. They gave me a spray 2 weeks later to calm it down and it didn't really help me. I called in to give feedback and was promised that the manager would call me back for a solution and didn't receive a call to date. I've been waxing my back at the Kyalami branch for over 5 consecutive years and never experienced any reaction.

ATM deposit at Nedbank isn't trustworthy
This has to be by far the worst bank/service I made a deposit at the ATM on 5th February. Today is the 8th and my money still isn't in my account.

Tracker debiting my bank account to pay for other people! Theif alert !!!
If i could give negative stars i would. Ive been with tracker since 2015. This year February they started debiting me 3 times a month when i only signed up for 1 contract . I called in and found out I've been paying for 2 other complete strangers named Asanda and Dlamini. This is an amount of R58 and R288.25. This month my bank account was debited with R577 when my contract statds R277. I need a refund asap or I'll take legal action against this bull**** company full of fraud. 6 months of continuously debiting my account to pay for other people. Tracker Connect is ****. Im sorry . And i want my money back . And i need to know how and why i am paying for Asanda and Dlamini. What **** fraud is happening

Midrand PostNet robbing money
Been using postnet for years, today i went to Midrand Waterfall Corner postnet and the TRAINEE there told me that my 2kg parcel was not eligible for the R99 postage. She said its R20 extra for every kg from 0kg. Does that even make sense? The poster clearly shows 0-5kg R99.00. How did she even get the job or who is training her ??????????????

Expired Bob Matin Kitten Food
I am really dissapointed with my purchase as it has made my kitten extremely sick to the point where i nearly lost her. I found out that the biscuits i bought were expired in August 2019. I purchased this food April 2020 from Checkers Midrand Waterfall.To make it worse the food was even on special when i bought it, which means that they knew very well. But its a selfish business which does not care about our love for our pets......
