WAXIT SHOULD SHUT IT
Hi Manageress of WAXIT LAGUNA LANGEBAAN, I wanted to let you know that I won’t be returning to the salon. A personal matter one of your the******s discussed privately during my visit was shared with other staff, which made me uncomfortable. Friendly professional service
I had a very good waxing experience and service from Tlogi at the WaxIt branch at the Kolonnade in Montana. She was very kind, she made me feel very comfortable and gave me very good aftercare advice. She was professional and listened to what my needs were. Thank you.

Friendly professional service

The best service

Back wax nightmare
I had the worst experience at this branch. Went in to get my back waxed on the 8th March and still struggling with a break out. My back is full of marks which I never had and ****les all over. They gave me a spray 2 weeks later to calm it down and it didn't really help me. I called in to give feedback and was promised that the manager would call me back for a solution and didn't receive a call to date. I've been waxing my back at the Kyalami branch for over 5 consecutive years and never experienced any reaction.
