Buy at mattress and couch at your own risk customer service is extremely bad they don't deliver
I bought 5kg maize meal via Mr D app at Pick n Pay Mall@Reds and I got a maize meal that has worms i complained via Mr D WhatsApp number and they said pick n pay will be in touch nothing
Been waiting for delivery the whole day their driver called me in the morning to say he will deliver today as planned but he went awol on me I am still waiting for my tv stand no communication from the store or the useless driver they use foreigners as their delivery company and they don't deliver when I call they don't answer their phones I will never buy from them

Mtn online and customer service are water and oil and the workers at their call centers are very rude , they always don't have answers and not willing to help
They were suppose to deliver my mtn package today I got a confirmation yesterday that they will deliver today around 12pm I got an sms saying the driver is on the way to my address , but delivery didn't happen and they lie to me saying their equipment to deliver mtn packages is not working a pure lie driver decided to go back without delivering my package now I have to spend the whole weekend without internet cause dsv driver was too lazy to deliver in centurion, mtn look for another courier company or give us an option of picking up our packages at your stores because this is frustrating
Yooo today I bought full chicken from gallito's in lyttelton shopping center and when I get home I don't have full chicken I asked that it be cut to 8 pieces but there was no drumsticks, 1 wing the manager is the one who took my order I asked for extra sauce which I paid for but I didn't get also
I regret buying from them no communication I can't trace my order their deliveries take forever to be delivered I regret this
They deserve 0 not even 1 the worst service ever my card delivery was scheduled for Tuesday they didn't deliver and they don't communicate I had to be the 1 to call them then it was rescheduled for today still they didn't deliver and they don't communicate you have to be the 1 to call them and what you get is only excuse after excuse , FNB please change your courier company as they don't care about customers
Lpa is a huge **** please don't sign any contract with this company , I joined lpa in 2022 and a false dream was sold to me I joined and every year their premiums keeps going up something that you were never told when I asked to cancel I was told I signed a contract I have to pay R4500 as a cancelation fee that was fee months back today I am still asking to cancel this **** and I am told I have to pay R8500 as a cancelation fee , the guy who recruited me to join told me that premiums decrease every year and on the 7th year I will only be paying R54 just for admin and keeping my unit serviced and the lady who I was talking to today told me that she was not there when that was said and I signed a contract , that contract it's done verbally which is something totally different from what I am being told I signed for , they tell you to sign without giving you a chance to read through the contract you will be told everything said verbally is what you are signing up for and signed my financial freedom away joining lpa was the biggest financial mistake I have ever done now I have to pay almost 10k so that I can be free from this **** I won't be surprised if tomorrow the cancelation fee will be up again
