I received absolutely outstanding service from Jaco Lombaard who repaired a tyre on my vehicle on Saturday 24 January. He was efficient, friendly, and very professional. This was the first time I used BMW on-call and the experience all round was fantastic, from the call centre, SMS updates, and Jaco's service and assistance. Thank you BMW on-call!
I had such amazing service from One call Locksmith! One quick call and not 10 minutes later a hero locksmith arrived and solved the problem and replaced the lock. Amazing, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them for your locksmith needs!
Although I have only recently moved my insurance policies to Outsurance, I can already confidently say that their service is unmatched! I have received outstanding service from the very first call to get a quote to updating of details and queries I have had. Their app is fantastic and literally everything can be done via the app. My mom has had her policies with Outsurance for over 20 years and I can absolutely understand why! I look forward to many more years of being an Outsurance client.
I was assisted by Refilwe Ntsia in processing a refund request for a pet insurance claim. I received excellent service from her, however the oneplan app used to allow that invoices / photos of invoices could be uploaded via the app in order to process the claim / refund request, however this functionality is no longer available which is impractical and inconvenient, hence the 4 star review and not a 5 star review.

In the space of two days I received excellent customer service from both Rutendo Adelaide and Patience who assisted me in submitting claims for refunds that I paid in respect of my pet insurance. Thank you to both agents and to Oneplan for overall great customer service over the many years that you have covered my pups!
We ordered the Nordic queen XL bed and pedestal set from Rochester and same was delivered on Friday 21 April 2023, the bed was assembled by the Rochester staff that delivered the order. On Saturday morning 22 April 2023 at 2am we were awoken by the support beams of the bed collapsing, it appears that the *****s and wooden hinges had broken clean off. Of course we moved our mattress onto the floor and I immediately sent an email to Rochester to bring their attention to the problem. Unfortunately at 10am this morning, 24 April 2023 my email still remained unanswered and I then called Rochester customer service, I explained the situation and advised that I did not want a replacement or a repair and that I wanted a refund as I honestly expected better quality from Rochester. I received a reference for the call (9000297641) and was told that I would be called to arrange collection of the items and a refund, I have still not been called and am again forced to sleep on the floor again tonight due to Rochester's poor quality and service.
On 18 March 2023 I placed a substantial online order with Leroy Merlin for several items. To date only three (3) items from my order have been delivered and I have had ZERO communication on when the remainder will be delivered / where the remaining items are etc. On 29 March 2023 I sent an email to orders@leroymerlin.co.za (I have still not received a response to the email that I sent.) This morning (30/03/2023) I called Leroy Merlin and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful (kind Sir, the star in this review belongs to you), he was unable to make sense of the status of my delay and said that he thinks there has been a mistake made by online orders and undertook to get them to call me back - I haven't received a call back. I also tweeted @Leroy Merlin but also have had no response. What an absolute disappointment!!! First and last time I buy anything from Leroy Merlon, beware poor service and communication.
Pentravel - Bedford Centre Blissful experience Bianca at the Pentravel Bedford Centre branch assisted us in planning a magnificent trip, the service was outstanding, she got everything exactly how we wanted it and even under our budget!! I experienced amazing and efficient service from KIA The Glen, a huge shout out to all of their staff, in particular to Andy, Jacques and Shiksha Singh. As I told the staff at KIA The Glen on Monday, 5 years ago I walked into KIA and wasn't even acknowledged so I walked out of KIA and went and bought a Chevrolet. I've always wanted a Picanto so I decided to give KIA another chance, and WOW did KIA The Glen absolutely exceed all of expectations - prompt service with quick financing applications and boom a day later I took delivery of my Picanto. Thank you guys, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you!
