They're not even worth the one star rating. Shockingly bad service. I was given the wrong information when signing up to Fedhealth. A waste of time and money, and the consultant that assisted me won't respond to my emails.

Never ever believe what they say!!!! I contacted them to attain medical aid and the consultant submitted my application without all the required paperwork resulting in unnecessary waiting periods. She never liaised with me and did not send the promised email after our conversation. They lie just to get the commission! Stay far away from them

I submitted a claim to Sanlam Gap Cover (via Wellworx / Centriq) on 02 September 2025. On 09 September, I received an email confirming the claim was being processed. It’s now weeks later and I still haven’t received any feedback or update. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. I submitted a claim back in July 2025, and it took nearly a month just to be processed and paid out. When they eventually did pay, they covered less than 50% of what was claimed — with no clear explanation. It’s extremely frustrating to go through this again. The turnaround time is far too long, and the lack of communication just adds to the stress. I expected better service and support from a company that’s supposed to help during medical emergencies. I would not recommend Sanlam Gap Cover to anyone. The claims process is slow, unreliable, and disappointing.

It's evident that I fell victim to a ****. I was lured into investing more than $120,500 under the impression that I was earning profits. However, when I attempted to withdraw my earnings, they continuously demanded additional funds before allowing me to access any of my money. Thankfully, I discovered lilograce75@gmail,com https://xixcheck.org/ where their dedicated team helped me secure a full refund. you can also reach them WhatsApp +1=615=414=15=62.

I decided to change my short term insurance broker to a broker from Wellworx. Notworx would be a more appropriate name. They had advised me to change my gap cover. In order for this to happen, I had to cancel my existing policy, which I did. I was advised that the new policy would take 3 days to be approved. This was not the case. Nobody at Wellworx was able to assist. They kept on blaming someone else. I eventually had to contact the insurer myself to resolve the delay. If they are unable to sign a customer up on a new insurer, I can only but imagine how they would be when I need assistance with a claim. I will be searching for a new broker. My recommendation would be to stay clear of Wellworx.

*********** - selling a product they don't know and when you ask questions, they just ignore your e-mails. We are looking at joining Bonitas medical aid of which WellWorx is the broker, due to their impotency I won't join the medical aid. They are only interested in their commission and don't care about assisting a potential new member with the best suitable plan due to incompetence. Bonitas should look at another broker if I look at all the complaints on Hellopeter otherwise they are going to loose a lot of business.

It seems like you have illiterate advisors in your call center, I switched to FedHealth and with that I wanted to take our the Sanlam Primary Care Cover, Lebohang called through but that was probably the worst quality telephone line, she blamed it on loadshedding and later network error, Anyway we never finished the call, Communication was then done via emails and to date I have not received any kind of confirmation- I take this that nothing was done and will move on to another provider as this does not help. Please hire more competent staff as I am more than fed up with this service I received and don't wish to have this cover anymore
