Our vehicle was damaged while stationary in a parking bay by a Courier Guy delivery van — no negligence on our part. We lodged a 3rd party damage claim with Westwood Insurance Brokers over three months ago.
Since then, we have received absolutely no helpful feedback despite numerous follow-ups. Each time we are told to “wait for feedback” with no timeline or resolution in sight.
This delay is unacceptable and unprofessional. If we do not receive proper feedback and progress on this claim by the end of this week, we will escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.
We expected better service and accountability from both Courier Guy and Westwood Insurance Brokers.
