No food and no refund

What a horrible experience!!! we booked our Valentines lunch on the Friday for the Sunday as they were fully booked the Saturday on Valentines, Sunday(15/2/2026)

The food came and the meat was black and dry both the ribs and the wings, it was smothered in sauce to hide that it’s old. The chips was fried in old oil.

We called the waiters and she removed the food immediately without even asking if she. A call the manager or replace the food. We insisted to speak to the manager.

The manager said that Wikideals will refund me. He also mentioned that the food was made the day before on Valentine’s Day.

How are you onboarding restaurants that gives old food?

Wikideals still haven’t refunded my money.
