I have been a regular customer at this establishment for over 6 years. following a previous incident with the very much drunk owner, Denise ***an. We visited peacefully and after supporting their business, unfortunately our visit today 26 May '25 took a deeply upsetting turn. While ordering a drink with the friendly staff, Denise ***an (I'd like to say Denise ***ard, because of the lies she told her regulars), who once again appeared intoxicated, harassed me for no reason, aggressively approached me quite clearly intoxicated, once again, and demanded no staff serve me again. She then called the manager (Mad-Eye Moody), and she stated that I was not welcome due to the previous hello peter review posted I had left a few months before. She publicly accused me of "throwing and attacking a picture toward a waitress". A complete fabrications because we do not eat at their restaurant due to multiple food poisoning occasions. She then proceeded to tell the fabricated story to multiple patrons at the venue, creating an unnecessary and humiliating scene. Not only was this false, but it appears to be a deliberate attempt to discredit me based on an old hello peter complaint. My partner and I were then asked to leave despite not causing any disturbance. To make matters worse, I was falsely accused by other regulars of assaulting a waitress's by the name of Jessica - with claims of CCTV footage yet Jessi a has not worked there in over 10 years, which my partner confirmed. This was not only humiliating but a blatant case of public defamation and targeted harassment. I remained calm throughout, but Denise's personal grudge and spreading of false, harmful accusations are completely unacceptable. I am posting this review not out of spite, but to warn others about the unprofessional and potentially damaging behavior we have experienced, twice. Let me remind me Denise ***ard, that false accusations and public defamation carry legal consequences... and I will pursue every necessary step to protect my name and reputation.
Instead of targeting long term customers with false accusations, Denise the ***ard, should focus on improving her failing business, before there's nothing left to defend.
Your behavior is destructive. If this is how Denise the ***ard treats loyal customers, it's no surprise the business is on a downward spiral.
Plus, we have bluff meat supply next to you, and ultra liquor. We don't need you.
