Dear Management,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received at Zebros Zevenwacht.
My recent visit was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience due to the unprofessional conduct, attitude, and behaviour displayed by certain staff members. The manner in which I was addressed lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. The staff’s unruly attitude and dismissive demeanor were both disappointing and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and assisted in a professional manner. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disregarded. Such behaviour not only impacts the customer experience but also reflects negatively on your establishment’s reputation.
I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. I would appreciate feedback on the steps that will be taken to address this issue and ensure improved service standards moving forward.
