I am so frustrated with this company. I had a funeral policy pre covid then couldn’t pay as I got retrenched. This year I got a job and asked them to reinstate it and I was told that it had already elapsed. Opened a new one and only to be told that the first 2 payments were being allocated to the old one that I was advised that it has elapsed. Now in this new one they only have 3 payment as per NEO. Asked them to cancel the old one and I got told that I have to email only on Monday. Yesterday we were told a different story by Smanga. How could they not pick up that there is 2 policies under one person ?????
