If I could give 0 starts, I would. I bought a car from Audi Centre East Rand on 29 December 2022. The registration certificate, I was informed, by Storm McLeod that I would receive it in the first week of January. Nothing came and when I enquire at the end of January, was told that there was a private problem with my proof of residence but it has been fixed and my certificate would be couriered within the first week of February. It is now the end of February and I'm being told that they are waiting for their DSV accounts to open, which has nothing to do with me and should not be a reason for my certificate and spare key not to be sent.Surely, a business as big as Audi can find other ways to ensure they provide the service they were paid for? Two months of excuses and being inconvenienced is enough! Send my belongings.

I have not experienced this level of customer service before. Jane in finance went out of her way to help and educate me on the pros and cons of different decisions regarding my financing options, and really made an effort to get me the best deal possible. The salesperson, Knowledge, was extremely friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to get me a courtesy car while I am waiting for my car. I am highly impressed and appreciative. Amazing service.

<p>Iv just been to Audi east rand to drop off my car for service. To my surprise I'm told that they can drop me off but not pick me up. How possible is that? Is this a new rule. Funny how I was informed this morning and not the day I made the booking. How are we as clients supposed to fetch our cars if they've decided not to pick us up. I'm very disappointed as Ausi the glen where I usually take my car drops off and pick us up.</p>

My Car was booked in on the 27th of February 2016 for a normal service with the request that my break pedals should be checked and i was adviced to bring it on by the 2nd of March 2016 for a check up,and thereafter the it was scheduled to checked on that specific date and i took in the car and i have had a problem with the car since that very same day with a bubbling sound especially when doing hard clutch and break and turning and i was advised to bring it at their centre to be test drived and i was advised that they suspecting and issue with the pipes that go through the engen and drove as normal on the third day i complained about the same issue and i was advised that i should book in my car again ON THE 15 OF March 2016 since it is fully booked for my car to be booked in ESPECIALLY WHEN I DIDNT HAVE AN ISSUE WITHT THE CAR I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CAR TO BE BOOKED AGAIN , WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO INCOVENIENCE ME, fine that car was booked and they diagnosed that the stone a trapped between my brake pedals and i was assured that i wont have this issue. Now TODAY ON THE 22 OF MARCH I HAVE COME TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME ISSUE AND I WAS TOLD THEY IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR
