Please inform the driver that drove the delivery vechile Reg: CX 15038 - on Friday the 25th of May at around 17:00 on North Rand Road. That should he drive over islands or cut in between traffic in turning lanes he should at least refrain from swearing and using profanity to fellow road users as this could result in injury and damage to company vechiles. I would appreciate a formal apology for my mother who despite doing absolutely nothing wrong got called a P#*\ by a driver who despite being employed as a delivery driver has no sense of K53 rules. You dear sir are really and truly a special kind of idiot and should not represent a company with a branded vechile.

I have dealt with a Couple of Dealerships due to my Line of work, concerning: New Car sales, Used Car Sales and After Sales and never in my career or private life have I been met with such unkind, unprofessional and downright rude service. Right across the board I was let down by just how un organized this dealer ship is run, from the lack of reception to the seemingly always out of the office Dealer Principle. Hemendra Singh, Pre-Owned Sales Manager ( ********** ) ********** you, I refuse to call you Mr. or Sir. You do not deserve a title nor that placard stating “Pre Owned Sales Manager” if you cannot show respect or a sense of customer service, I suggest you do not deal with the general public nor clients. Telling a client who has already purchased a car from you and has taken delivery that : “You do not have time for this” when it comes to a simple question concerning paper work is simply unacceptable. Then getting a sales person to phone me to turn around and come back to the dealership knowing full well that I had a ****M journey ahead of me, because there was a problem with the paper work and the car was wrongfully handed over. Proceeding to take the car back from me, leaving me with no transport or reservations for the evening without as much as a lift to the closest Hotel or B&B.
Can someone please shed light on the fact that this store sells communication devices and yet I find it easier getting hold of dead relatives? I have been waiting for a simple line installation going on ten days after being promised it would take no longer than five days? Providing a client with an Email address that he/she will never get any reply from, is of little comfort. Lastly: A giant round of applause to the gentleman who welcomed me at the help terminal, who despite having no knowledge of any services offered got a job. ---- A small update, After waiting another couple of days without news, I went back to the shop in Eastgate where I had to remain standing (4 Chairs where put out for clients) for more than 65 minutes so one of the 4 consultants could tend me ( I was informed that it was not possible to see the manager unless I am with a consultant). Only to find out that my order was "canceled" due to the fact that there is no availability in the complex I reside in? I am yet to receive a call, sms or email notifying me of this, as for the deposit I paid.... I am forced to wait for the same people who didn't contact me in the first place, to phone me back, because they are unwilling to give me a in store refund. Great effort by the online and complaints department for the huge effort made on the automated response. --------------- I have lodged Numerous calls in order to get my deposit of R 700.00 back, since I have not received a single service from Telkom, Am I given to believe that in two months you could not respond to me or pay my money back?
