I have not experienced this level of customer service before. Jane in finance went out of her way to help and educate me on the pros and cons of different decisions regarding my financing options, and really made an effort to get me the best deal possible. The salesperson, Knowledge, was extremely friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to get me a courtesy car while I am waiting for my car. I am highly impressed and appreciative. Amazing service.
Freddy from Carzuka was really professional, and they gave me the best price for my car. Money was paid in and the drivers waited for confirmation from me before they accepted the keys to take the car. I was really impressed and grateful for the quick and excellent service. Would definitely recommend them for selling your vehicle.

I received an sms informing me that my Mercedes A170 is part of a recall and I needed to take it to a Mercedes branch as soon as possible. Being from Benoni I obviously first phoned the Boksburg branch. What horrible and rude service. So I phoned the Centurion branch, and the first person I spoke to told me it was a scam. Being very paranoid I did some more digging, and we finally found out it was not a scam. So we phoned Centurion again, and after being sent from person to person finally ended up with Neelan Govender, who did his best to assist. The recall was confirmed and my car was booked for the 4th of March. I just want to thank Neelan for his help, and Thobile for her wonderful and friendly service. She had a permanent smile visible through the mask, and an extremely open and friendly demeanor. It was an absolute pleasure having them look after my car. I will definitely recommend them to any Mercedes owner.
I signed with SADV in December 2020. The first month was fine, no worries. second month, debit order didn't go off. Had to phone and then it was rectified. This month, debit order didn't go off again. Phoned again, was told I need to make a manual payment as something went wrong. I confirmed, TWICE, that a manual payment has to be made. So I made the payment on the afternoon of 02/03/2021. Come midnight, the debit order goes off. This pushed me into an overdraft with my bank, who actually charged me the full monthly credit fee for a day. Phoned SADV, I have to get the bank to reverse the debit order as refunds take 14 days. So phoned the bank, they charge me again to reverse the debit order that pushed me into the overdraft in the first place. So I decided to cancel with SADV. Sent the cancellation on the 4th of March, and was informed that because it wasn't sent on the 1st, the notice month is April. Almost all the companies I know of that has contract facilities gives at least 4 days leeway in cancellation requests, most give until the 7th. I HAVE to pay for April and they will not release the line before that, even if I make a cancellation payment on the 4th of March. So basically they are keeping my line with Vumatel hostage because I no longer want to use their service. Typical new South Africa company, and I will warn anyone and everyone not to use them.
