Total waste of time and money
Initially when I subscribed to the service, I felt I had won the jackpot as there is a pool of candidates that matched my criteria. Upon using the site, arranging and conducting interviews with potential au pairs, I soon realized that candidates use this site as a 'shopping mall'. I have had numerous interviews over the past 2 months, even offered the position to a few but the attitudes of the candidates is just appalling. Some actually don't show up at interviews, no communication whatsoever, and those that do, end up disappointing you one way or the other. They keep stringing you along like they are on some dating site. The biggest flaw of this site is that none of their candidates are vetted and in turn, Aupair SA does not provide any customer service whatsoever and takes no responsibility for the actions of au pairs. Majority of the candidates clearly have no real passion or calling for the position they wish to fill but are on the lookout for the highest bidder. Terrible experience all in all. Aupair SA is literally taking people's money for nothing. If they were genuine about the business, they would at least invest in a feedback system to rate employers/employees in terms of reliability, pitching for interviews and work. But that would mean money out their pocket, right?!

AupairSA is a ****
AupairSA is the most atrocious agency site to exist. I have received about twenty requests for interviews, and none of the families have contacted me back concerning whether or not I have received the job. Since this is an online agency, the parents are not obligated to contact the Aupair again after an interview. I am a desperate student who does not have the time, money, or petrol to be pushed around by parents who do not know how to communicate properly. AupairSA is a terrible site and I would not recommend it to anyone. Complete ****. Do not sign up with this site if you value your dignity.

AupairSA is the most atrocious agency site to exist. Tinder for Aupairs, you will be used and abused as a client
Wow, what a terrible experience. So firstly, after wading through hundreds of applications and narrowing it down to the few who actually seemed of substance, i then had my executive assistant to prescreening telephonic interviews and confirm in person interviews with those who seemed great. 99% of candidates just did not show up for their confirmed interviews and blue ticked me when i messages to find out what happened. Anyway I found one candidate who seemed like she would work out, hired her, she quit after 2 days with no notice and the held my daughter’s care seat ransom saying she wants more money before she will return the car seat and then also threatened to ruin me on social media, like seriously, on top of everything I’m now getting ransom notes for a car seat?! I have emailed the support at AupairSa and have not gotten any response further than an auto-reply stating that they will get back to me.

AuPairSA forces memberships but don't activate them
These people are unprofessional. They are quick to remove your messages to possible AuPairs and super quick to take your money due to a forced R699 Premium Membership. But SUPER SLOW to activate the membership. They ignore your communication completely.
