The IFAFE/Schoemansville branch is absolutely useless. Within 6 months I have had so many issues. From staff attitude, to them sending CLEARLY MARKED PACKAGES to the wrong addresses, and now loosing mail which was signed into their branch. Utter b/s branch. How are they still in business?
Negative stars do not exist. THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER! I have been struggling to reach them for going on THREE MONTHS!!! Their "Get Help" is disabled, that means you cannot even log your issue. Super quick to make you pay 'fees' but F**K SLOW - no wait - REFUSES to assist
Gets worse by the delivery. Next Day DOES NOT EXIST... Last order took me 4 days to collect... This time they deliver my stuff to the WRONG BRANCH... best part... They cannot even tell you where it ended up. The people at the pick up point gives you so much attitude... Like YOU the paying customer, did THEIR job wrong. I have to drive litres of diesel out because they cannot deliver to where I stay... Well done for the constant LET DOWN!!!
Negative stars are unavailable They sell items that they don't understand or know... I bought a AirCraft Airbrush Compressor Kit that does not work... It has NO Pressure what so ever. Now they will maybe have a reply look at it days later and MAYBE give me a refund for a bought-broken machine... They tested it in store and even said "This is definitely not working" Wow you people are tot notch in failing to deliver no service.
I would put negative 100 stars if that was an option. I ordered PDFs to be printed into books. 1) They did not deliver it on the day they where supposed. 2) I had to practically BEG to get my prints from them on the starting day of Comic Con - one of the largest market weekend. 3) As they **** about where there factory is, I had to drive out myself to collect my prints from the airport... again... after much begging to get my PAID FOR prints. 4) I had to pay a penalty fee for only opening my stall after 12, when the event started at 9 am already. 5) I paid for 15 copies, and only received 14 of the one set of prints. 6) HALF THE BOOK IS MISSING!!! Yes, missing, many pages did not even print... nothing, nada, blank. 7) Had to argue in between trying to make sales and to get them to fixing the problem. 8) They said they will only contact us again on Tuesday, 26 September 2023. Guess what - THEY DID NOT!!! 9) I HAD TO CONTACT THEM MYSELF and still they want to change their policies NOW that they have to correct the issue. 10) We have another market day to be at on Saturday, 30 September 2023, and now they are STILL withholding the reprint. How the HELL are these people still in business? When you want to discuss and figure THEIR mishap out, they ignore you flat. NEVER do any business with these people! EVER... You will get half printed books/work.
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Refuses to help. Its apparently too difficult to resend an email with a statement. False advertising too... I have been paying monthly fees even though they say "no fees"
Quick to make you pay over R700. But slow to tell you "NO we do not deliver to a PO Box" Now my shipment is gone and I dont get a refund because "Eish sorry madam"
What a bunch of scammers. As a first time car buyer I got my loan from Nedbank. Then I start getting hounded by them. Their offer: If you open a Nedbank account and you should make sure your salary gets paid into this new Nedbank account. If you do that, and your car payment goes off of this account, then you get 5% discount on your car repayment. But thats not all (it never is)... You will get paid R200 a month if you use the app regularly as well. Sounds to good to be true? SURPRISE it is. After all the damn effort and annoyance, NOW they decided that "oh no", your car payment will stay the same. Should have listened to every single person telling me to STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK. And thus, I shall be moving back to FNB, which was the bank I left for these thieving clowns.
They are super quick to blacklist you. Then JUST as quick to remove you from their system so you cannot get yourself off the black list. After spending years of phoning around NOTHING gets done and no one can give you answers. Now I am stuck and they just pull up their shoulders.
These people are unprofessional. They are quick to remove your messages to possible AuPairs and super quick to take your money due to a forced R699 Premium Membership. But SUPER SLOW to activate the membership. They ignore your communication completely.
