On Friday, 9 Oct 2020, I sent an email to ABSA Vehicle Asset and Finance requesting my vehicle registration papers - avafaadmin13@absa.co.za. My request was processed on the same day and I received notification that my papers would be couriered to the branch I had selected with 3-5 working days. The case was 'closed' and I was requested to provide feedback on the service. 5 working days later - 16 Oct, I still had not received my papers. I once again forwarded the request and received notification that a consultant would provide feedback and later, that my case was once again 'closed'. I sent a request on 21 and 22 Oct, it is now 9 working days and no papers. Please assist.
