It is becoming annoying to go purchase meat related products at B Nagiahs in Midrand, 8 of the 10 times we buy, we buy bulk and end of going back to return stuff cos it was rotten or off. These guys are dropping the ball and are not taking us Indians who make the biggest portion of their support seriously. I have take the liberty of reporting them to the Department of Health.

I recently encountered an issue at B Nagiahs Midrand, and the store manager's response was nothing short of brilliant. From the moment I explained my problem, he handled it with utmost professionalism and empathy. His swift action and clear communication not only resolved the issue efficiently but also exceeded my expectations and I waled away a happy customer! The manager's dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, making my experience very pleasent. This is what the store was lacking. Well done Mr Para.

I was at Nagiahs's Butchery at Fontainebleau today, doing my grocery shopping. As I entered the shop I joined the que and asked my daughter to pick all the items on the grocery list because the que was very long. Two of the staff members asked me and the Indian lady in front of me to join another que which was shorter for customers with fewer items. We joint that que, the Indian lady paid for her items and as I was about to go and pay, another Indian customer asked me if he could pass so he can pay for his meat, I let him pass as he was accompanied by one of the male staff member who later revealed to me that he is the manager of the store (Vincent). When this "manager" was done helping the customer he placed a barrier next to the till to block me from checking out and walked away. I complained to one of the staff members and asked them what is going on as I was told to join this que and my position in the que was even skipped by the manager. The staff member called Vincent and as Vincent was approaching me, he was shouting on top of his voice stating that I need to go at the back of the que. I tried to get my point across and he kept shutting me down pointing me at the back of the que. When I asked him if this is a fair thing to do as I have been in the que for so long, he ragefully clicked his tongue and walked away from me. I then told my daughter lets leave everything and go to Ok foods to do our shopping, as I was leaving one of the customers said I can take her position in the que and she will come back another day. In short, Vincent was racist towards me and disregarded me and my rights as a customer because I was the only black customer in the shop. I am very disappointed and hurt by his actions. I work in the pharmaceutical industry, I deal with patients on a daily basis and not a single day in my life have I delivered such terrible service and discrimination. I demand an apology from Vincent or else I will take this complaint a step further which wont be good for Nagiah's.

For the freshest produce at the most reasonable prices, stopping here is a #WIN. My favorite is the delicious sweetmeats and snacks. They have the most pleasant and helpful staff who immediately drop what they are doing to assist when you are looking for something. Even though the check out lines are long on a weekend, the cashiers are so efficient that you actually do not stand in the queue for too long. This is a store that I drive 30km for on a weekend.

I bought meat from B Nagiahs and it was gamey and smelled. From the sausages to, mutton and lamb. I'm from Kansas so I know fresh mutton. It was disgusting. Dinner ruined. I will never buy meat from them again. Quality is slipping.
