It is becoming annoying to go purchase meat related products at B Nagiahs in Midrand, 8 of the 10 times we buy, we buy bulk and end of going back to return stuff cos it was rotten or off. These guys are dropping the ball and are not taking us Indians who make the biggest portion of their support seriously. I have take the liberty of reporting them to the Department of Health.
This relates to communication regarding Powerball/ Lotto & Daily Lotto purchases via the FNB App. I purchased Powerball, Lotto & Daily lotto via the FNB app on 06/05/25. According to the results my total winnings should be around R65. I have never received any text or communication via the app and mail as per normal or any or the winnings paid to my account. This is not the first time this has happened I did speak to a consultant via the message portal and was told the winnings and communications does not come from them. I had to send and email to FNB Care for assistance. I would caution patrons using the app to buy Powerball, Lotto....they could be robbing us and we dont know.....its small amounts but imagine if its a million people people loosing out
Absolute arrogant agents, with no experience, rude , disrespectful. how do these guys get you contact details beats me.....despite be polite and opting to not be interested in their sales pitch, they taunt you with a quiz...really.......asked to be removed from data base....no good 3 calls per day from private nos.....something has to be done about this agency
So Join Discovery insure for Car and household insurance.......after a few months get a email letter stating premium increase....to my surprise the increase was an addition 19%.....as per understanding premium increases only apply after a year only. Called Discover explained my unhappiness , was promised by the consultant that he will discuss with his superior and get back to me with available options to save money.....never got a call back. to make matters worst my premium was increased by and additional amount as off the new year....no letter or notification sent. a clear indication these corporates don't care about clients well being by just to make money. seriously looking to switch.......not happy at all
So go online and do a search for AIR JORDAN T SHIRTS, site pops up, DRIP SHOP, go onto their site......good selection, good prices....looks legit, register , choose an item and pay on the 3rd of Feb. Receive a waybill on the 8th saying my item is on route and will be delivered on the 9th. After calling and speaking to a guy named Derrick my package on arrived on the 18th.....his excuse systems errors. To my surprise the item that arrived was a total fake , IT WAS A CHEAP CHINESE T SHIRT THAT HAD BEEN BRANDED....( SEE PICS) My stupidity .....I was scammed.....R398.00 for something fake.....cheap is never a good way to Go. To anyone who intends purchasing from DRIP SHOP....be weary and careful......lots of fakes being sold online......chances you get your money back, slim to none. Rather pay more and get the right Stuff
In October last year(2019) we went to the food market held at the Mall of Africa. SUMTHING FRESH was present with food and drinks on sale....due to the long queues we stood in separate lines to purchase food and drinks....FOOD AND DRINKS , satisfactory and not that great. We made payment with 2 separate cards, 1 CREDIT AND 1 DEBIT. On 17th and 22nd May of this year both the cards were debit for R180.00 and R270.00. by SUMTHING FRESH. Since last year we have never used or bought any items from them. I tried calling the Cell(Hezron) and landline on the website and no answer. I went on to send and email and post a comment on the facebook link. I received a call from Andrew, one of the owners who promised to refund both the amounts. FYI.....we are still waiting. We have lodged and complaint and case if fraud is being investigated by the bank. FOR ANYONE WHO INTENDS USING SUMTING FRESH....I WOULD ADVISE THAT YOU BE CAREFUL AS THERE IS A STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT THEY CLONE BANK CARDS AND USE LATER THINKING PEOPLE WILL NOT NOTICE. They did try debiting again but thank fully we stopped and made new cards.
A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT STUFF UNDER ALEX THEY FAIL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY JOB THEY MESS. SENT A PDF FILE TO PRINT B CARDS , CARDS DELIVERY TOTAL DIFFERENT COLOUR...SENT SAME FILE TO ANOTHER PRINTER AND PRINT DONE PERFECTLY.....AS ALWAYS PLAY THE BLAME GAME
