Capitec advises for natural death, claims will be paid out within 24 hours. My mother in law passed away on Sunday. Her funeral is this Saturday. I loaded the claim yesterday but decided to track the process. No one has even looked at it yet. I also sent two emails, I am so desperate at this stage. The funeral home and catering needs to be paid. The worst part is I’m stuck overseas and will only be home on the morning of the funeral so I can’t phone. I have to rely on the electronic tools which they don’t respond to. Imagine not even receiving a condolence email

I bought meat from B Nagiahs and it was gamey and smelled. From the sausages to, mutton and lamb. I'm from Kansas so I know fresh mutton. It was disgusting. Dinner ruined. I will never buy meat from them again. Quality is slipping.

Samsung rewards is urging us to spend our points however the reward store is empty. How do you expect us to burn points if your store had no products. Doesn't really seem fair.
I purchased R3000 of electricity through power time. There was an error when purchasing and powertime cancelled the transactions. Needless to say the reserve is still lying on our account and my bank refuses to reverse it. I have sent emails to all parties and phoned to no avail. I have checked the transaction and it shows that pay genius is used in the powertime app.
