I am extremely frustrated with the service from this supplier. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I have received no replies. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, as they also fail to provide updates on the status of my order. To make matters worse, I have discovered that the delivery is being held up because the delivery personnel claim the supplier is defaulting on some issues. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and clear communication, especially when there are problems with the delivery. Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory. I urge potential customers to reconsider before engaging with this supplier, as their service and communication are severely lacking.

I placed my order on the 26th of April 2024, luckily I took a screeenshot of my order number since they don't send email order confirmations. I then reached out to the via Whatsapp and they were quick to respond and they kept me on the loop with order whereabouts. I'm so happy with my order, the quality of my pots is amazing. I will definitely buy more.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent purchase made on the Tissolli website. On December 22, 2023, I placed an order for a 23-piece pot set valued at R1200, as advertised on their website. Unfortunately, despite making the purchase, I have not received any email confirmation regarding my order. Moreover, my attempts to contact the company via the provided phone numbers - 011 837 7991 and 071 722 7438 - have been entirely unsuccessful. The landline number continuously rings without an answer, and the mobile number consistently redirects to voicemail. This lack of responsiveness has left me deeply concerned and dissatisfied with the company’s customer service. The purchased item was intended as a gift, making the situation even more disappointing. This complete lack of communication and apparent unavailability of the company’s representatives have led me to question the legitimacy of this transaction. It is regrettable that such circumstances prompt me to suspect this as a potential ****. To address this issue, I have also engaged Payflex to assist in resolving this matter. Nevertheless, my trust in Tissolli has been severely compromised, and I feel compelled to caution others against making any purchases from this company. I urge prompt action and resolution regarding this matter. I expect a timely response and a satisfactory resolution, failing which I will have to explore further avenues to address this issue.

Bought a Tissolli stainless steel set of pots. It included a pressure cooker. The safety devices on the pot did not click in place. The pot was exchanged, which took 2 months, but new pot had same problem. Lid is loose on pot and safety measures doesn't work. I am greatly concerned about the defect, as people can be injured or badly burned. No reply on emails from the manufacturer.

This continues from my earlier post (TONYY) where I complained about a broken pot (mid Jan) received absolutely no joy All of a sudden (4 Feb, nearly 4 weeks on) I received an email from their 'Info' (earlier been dealing with 'contact', original complaint addressed to BOTH) apologising for delay and asking for address to courier replacement pot Lady on desk was trying best to sort out my problem. A lot of WhatsApp messages between us two resulted There was a problem identifying the size of pot so I Whatsapp'd pic with tape measure from one lip to other side. Pot eventually arrived, but wrong size. new pot fitted inside old and I could get my fingers in gap. I again Whatsapp'd showing this No response Then client services lady was away Then client services lady would call me (4 days ago) The cell we were whatsapping on now no longer delivers msgs and if phoned goes to leave msg. I managed to get a name (client services) MARCELL The only other review on this post gives a shinning comment of service from MARCELL Certainly not my experience. I have never spoken to her. Because I have tried 5 or 6 times. She is never available and never returns calls Got that off my chest

Having purchased a TISSOLLI pot set (Life time Guarantee) my wife had the unfortunate experience of handle coming away from the pot (weld). Could have been a pot of boiling water over her. The TISSOLLI WEB SITE offers two emails to contact the company HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE: 18 Jan I advised problem with Tissolli pot (via email) with attached picture NOT receiving ‘successful delivery’ nor any acknowledgement 21 Jan I resent email Again no response 22 Jan I phoned Receptionist advised person responsible for emails was not in After trying to help she put me thru another person who could see my email And they said would respond I received a prompt response “ Yes we will assist, where are situated? “ I immediately replied confirming address as on original email Again as no confirmation received I phoned and confirmed that my reply had been received I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FURTHER 28 Jan Sent another email requesting update on how I was to be helped Then I phoned and requested to speak to manager Manager overseas(09h55) Requested person responsible for manager duties Operator promised to get “accounts manager” to phone me 11h35 My Outlook gave me ‘Read’ notification 23 Jan I again phoned and asked for Marcell (Accounts Manager I understand). Again I was assured I would be phoned back. NOT YET
