I am extremely frustrated with the service from this supplier. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I have received no replies. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, as they also fail to provide updates on the status of my order. To make matters worse, I have discovered that the delivery is being held up because the delivery personnel claim the supplier is defaulting on some issues. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and clear communication, especially when there are problems with the delivery. Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory. I urge potential customers to reconsider before engaging with this supplier, as their service and communication are severely lacking.
I upgraded my MTN contract on 7 September 2021. However the phone did not come with all the accessories when the phone arrived on 10 September 2021. I ordered a Hisense Infinity H50, which is meant to come with a Hisense gift Box (Sound bar, Phone holder and phone ring). When I first called in on Friday on 083 135, I was transferred to Mondi Online Contracts where I was informed that the second delivery should arrive in a week. On 15 September 2021 I called in again on 083 135 and they transferred me to online contracts where I was informed that my query was logged on Monday 13 September 2021. When I called in on Friday 17 September 2021 still on the same number 083 135, they managed to transfer me to Online Applications and I was informed that the reason why I haven't received my the Hisense Gift Box was because they did not obtain my consent regarding sharing my information with a third party. I gave them consent on Friday 17 September 2021 and I was expecting delivery to be today 20 September as informed by the consultant. When I called in today 20 September 2021, on 083 135, I was informed that they cannot transfer me to the online applications yet I have calling the same number for 3 days now. I want to cancel the upgrade, and my contract to end in November as it is meant to be, No one has helped me yet I have spoken to numerous consultants. Here are some of my reference numbers I received during my calls: 1-8676283673 and 1-8677236255. I don't know where to return the phone as no-one has been able to give me the correct contact details or a record of the 3 calls I have previously made. May someone contact me urgently regarding this issue
This was the worst experience ever in the electronics department at Game Store in Eastgate. I waited for a whole hour for earphones that they had on stock but were in the store room. I was passed around by the employees at the eletronics department not knowing who was helping me. I was told that they had 14 earphones in store yet I still had to wait for an hour.
Last year December I did an application at hifi Corp woodmead I was approved and I wanted 2 TVs and a fridge. When I went to pick the TVs up they told me they did not have the TVs on stock we changed one from Sansiu to sinotec but did not receive the other. I called to ask if I can change the pick up store from woodmead to Menlyn I was told they will call me back and they never did. This past Monday I went there to go change the TV and fridge that I never received but have paid for. I was told they have a stock take so the system is not working. I called on Tuesday to ask about the stock take they said it has been finalized, I went there only to be told they haven't finalized the stock take however I must write down what I want and they will prepare them for me so that when I come following day I just sign n pick up. I got there today at 3:3 and it seemed like everything was fine we did a quote again of what I wanted and the sales guy left I waited for 2 hours without anyone informing me of anything. At 5:40 I went looking for the lady at finance when I found her at the back she says it cannot be done today. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she told her friend to go pack her bag. While I was still talking to her she went to the back and took her bag never did she take the blame but she kept on saying that it's her manager. The manager was in a meeting the whole day n when I asked her why she couldn't tell me that her manager was in a meeting n why she had to tell me 2:3 hours later she could not tell me.
