I bought 4 bikes from you and the two bikes carriers are cracked. When I informed them about the 1st issue I was informed it wasn't covered buy the issue is on the stand that shifts the carrier. I fixed the 1st one and experienced the same issue recently. Yesterday the one driver reported the box is cracked and sent a video from the inside. What should I do now as I paid for this and it's an issue now!

Extremely Bad service. Horific. If you have any other options I suggest you take it. Its very disorganised they showed no logs of my order and each time you call you get a different person telling you to wait 3 days , another 2 weeks another 4 weeks. No one knows whats going on. We just trying to get our money back now after weeks of waiting and we getting nothing.

Really bad service. They keep increasing prices of there Big Boy uber delivery bikes, blaming the USD exchange rate. We already paid full amount for it but now we have to pay extra amounts due to there internal shipping costs which they keep passing onto the clients. VERY BAD.

Good day lady's and gentlemen thy service is good but lately actually since i both my Swift 150 s****** if had none stope problems going back and forth frome them every time its somthing new thats gone wrong if literally bine in the last 4 weeks if bine buy them 4 times whit the same issue over and over again and every time i get hite and have to forke out R720-R1700 fore the same issue if given up plz advise me on what to do the s****** iz 8 month old and stil under warranty
