Wow service!
Visited the Fox Str branch a week ago,had to wait for an hour due to other stuff members off sick.I was very unhappy with the waiting BT as the teller started to help me everything went so well other team members also came to assist as difficult as my query was,at the end it was resolved with the a smile i also left with the smile?

Happy customer
We were pick up at cape Town airport on the 31/12 by the gentleman name Sinayo to Gadern court, I was very frustrated and angry because my plane delayed But with his excellent customer s****s he switched my mood in a second, Sinayo is gentleman and he respect clients and he make u feel very special, trip to the hotel was very nice we were all happy though we had to seperate 2019 to 2020 still on road.

Bad customer service
Went there on the 17/11 to celebrate my birthday with my family and I was very excited. When we were at their front dest all waiters who were there just look at us as if they were at the wrong place no greeting nothing until I asked if they going to offer us any service.. A tall lady by the name of Ayanda wearing red dirty shoes jump into me asking if I have a prblm, I was very shocked n disappointed with her rude and no classy behavior,she never stops she continued acting like a street maid staring. Place n the food is good bt service is low class.
