PnPHome https://www.pnphome.co.za/ kept me waiting for a week for an order that wasn't coming, corder was confirmed money deducted week later I decide to call them as there was absolutely nothing from them, the order says arrives BY 4 March and at the time Im told the store has not even invoiced nor packed the items, how on earth am I receiving them tommorow then , agent says not possible Im not and still saw nothing wrong with this I had to request for escalation... they said they would escalate = 3 minutes later order cancelled (after waiting over a week). PnP order at ur own risk rather check Takealot, Game, Makro anywhere else before making that mistake😡😡😡😡
*****ulent Ekko ****. I curse the day I took a trip to Durban and went in the direction of Ekko. I dont wish this on my worst enemy hence the review, I know theyve riipped us off royally but hoping this reaches someeone before they even think or sign-up for any Programme with Ekko. Its 10years of misssery , 10 year contract which they dont actually allow the 1 month notice. Whether you are no longer employed or not they will debit your acccoount leaving you with a negetive balance, and act shocked to your face despite trying to cancel numerouss times. initial R4000 and an additional R1350 per month (which was magically bumped to R1500 out the blue). You are promised a 2nd to none booking experience to all hotels imaginable which are always not available even if you book 12 monnthss in advance. EPIC **** ALert RUN!!!!!!! DOnt be fooled by the **** reviews by friends and paid reviewers. This is the WORST ***** ever
Cartrack Pathetic SLOW Service from Interns (Good luck with your car) Definetely have lost all trust on these guys. The service is pathetic on minor things I cant imagine should I have a real issue. Their response time is a few days so definetely if your car gets stolln thats enough time to never recover it. Theres also so many t&c's around the recovery warranty so... I called in to cancel/opt of the extra R400 charge for extended warranty which initially when you sign up its said to be included in the fee but actually only for 3 years then all the sudden you must pay extra for the exteded warranty, I was reassured and rechecked with finance that they had not put in the R400 debit. Behold few days later there goes a debit of R560, the watsapp line is pathetic it sends auto messages that they will respond in working hours and each time someone picks up they ask you how can they help you over and over agai just to FRUSTRATE you and give up on your refund.
Worse service, don't do Payshap with them try with another bank. I did a Payshap payment FNB acknowledged something went wrong on their side but deducted my account and 2 months later they still investigating and giving me the run around. Not worth the headache😡😡🤯🥵🤯
Got a built in gas oven, problem you cannot switch on the top and bottom at the same time. It doesnt go on at all when you turn nob to both it just acts as off button.
Bad, terrible experience I have tried snatcher twice now and both very bad experiences to say the least. Firstly the order came incomplete but they marked it as fulfilled. When I followed up it was like they were out of sync, I was not sure what criteria they used to mark complete. They then said they don't have stock of the item, so they don't update their product list, they will allow you to buy products they don't even have. The worst part is their didn't contact me to fix this I had to chase after them. I still do not have the R200 refund but they confirmed it was processed, this is for an order 29 September, almost 3 weeks. As if that was not enough they delivered 1 item incomplete without a remote controller, which is suppose to control the item. Shall I go on? .. I wont even mention their "speedy" delivery service.. enough said.. I
Excellent Service. I sent a parcel late yesterday and was delivered already this morning. Will definitely be using them again, really fast delivery wasn't expecting it.
I had not heard about PineApple, so a few great reviews online and decided to try in. First their app was giving me an error saying I should try again later and I sent this via their chat, they decided to only get back to me after like 3 days. Eventually when they did get back to me to say we will look into it I had already figured the issue out myself and had accepted the quote. But seems the glitch continued , I got an SMS as that they would be billing me the next days but it was like DOUBLE what they quoted me.Except for Nomfundo who tried to help later on the rest of the consultants read your ticket but just ignore you for days. I cancelled as if I had issues for the first 4 days there's no way I can trust them to actually insure my car. When I cancelled I was still getting ''its been escalated'' still not resolved and no explaination
