Been using BOA for almost a year but suddenly this year my nails keep breaking, polish chipping, polygel and acrylic lifting. I have not been able to do a refill on my nails for a while because my nails are fixed numerous times and the poor quality from inception. What makes matters worse is their don’t care attitude, you can try get assistance but all i keep having to do is follow up with them, show up at the salon, get a sorry, nails repaired, another sorry . I have asked for my money but apparently I cannot get it back. How am I forced to re-do my nails at the same place? I did gel to my nails yesterday and I have chipped nails already. Now I must find time and money to get my nails re done. I had such strong nails, but I have been soaking off, fixing, filing so much that it has made my nails brittle. Between a mix of lack of management skills, customer skills, technician technical experience and low quality products used I am not sure why I keep giving it a chance. Imagine in this economy saying goodbye to your money just like that. Maybe after over 10 years of doing nails I need tips on what I can / can’t do with nails done at BOA, or are chips inevitable? Are overlay’s lifting a week in normal? Is coming to fix nails at least once in a week fair? Please this is the worst embarrassing inconvenience

I placed an order with BOA CPT in Oct 2021. My order got delivered Dec 2021 with a missing custom gold earring. I enquired about the missing earring Dec 2021. I got feedback that they reached out to the supplier in Dec 2021. I followed up Feb 2022 - they responded saying they waiting for its release. I followed up May 2022 and June 2022 both via Instagram (where I have been communicating with them and via the support mailbox. I still have not received my item. To say I am disgusted at the service is an understatement. The service has been pathetic.

I ordered a necklace from them on the 19th of November 2021. It is now the third of March and I have heard nothing about where my order is. I followed up with them on 3 separate occasions asking about when to expect my order and was given stories about the supplier delaying the shipment. I was told there will be 1-2 weeks delay and that time frame has long passed. Now, I am requesting a refund and the consultant has been ignoring me and has responded rudely to my concerns. Very unprofessional service. Do not buy from them unless if you want a similar experience.

Placed and order in May 2021, 6 weeks later got a message saying ready to collect. Upon collection it was found that the product purchased was lost. Boa advised that they would remake the item and it would take another 6 weeks. 28 weeks later I have not received any communication from them nor have a received the product I paid for. From my experience BOA Jewelry is an organization that steals people money on the pretense of selling jewelry products. BOA Jewelry has stolen from me and I will be perusing a legal route for resolution.
