Phenomenal service: I am always greeted with a smile. Whenever I need urgent contacts, they make sure to help me out, whether it's giving me trials until mine arrive or pushing their supplier. I would never go anywhere else
Horrifying. I paid for express shipping, and it arrived 10 days later. They said that shipping dates only count from when they process the order. NOT how it is supposed to work. My bikini arrived only after my holiday. I gave them a second chance and bought a bikini top; it BROKE after 3 hours of wearing it. The underwire broke through, poking me. Im an AA cup; if the underwire can't hold my lack of ****s, then it can't hold anything bigger than a flat chest. I emailed them, and no response. No wonder they don't have a Google page to leave reviews.
Expect to wait; no adherence to their timeline or dates. They make you leave your items there while they order new ones. I was told I would need to wait one week. It's been 4 weeks. They don't even follow up with their own suppliers if the stuff doesn't arrive; who cares, not their problem, right? Partserve are you going to pay for the 4 weeks' revenue I have lost due to my controller being on lockdown at your premise? Maybe your customer service needs some training. The reception is the only place that knows what they are doing, and the ladies there are a pleasure to talk to
Horrifying Head Office behaviour in the store I visited total sports waterfront today and was horrified at my experience, not at the staff or store but at the visiting HEADOFFICE members. I would be embarrassed if my staff in the higher corporate hierarchy had to act like a bunch of kids in a Candy store with no parents in sight. They walked around the store as if they owned not only the shop, the company, as well as the staff inside it, was absolutely humiliating to see them act the way they did. Bulldozing all the racks around me moving things around the shop and making the staff and the customers feel incredibly uncomfortable. It felt as though they were in an episode of trolly dash. There were +/- 10 of them in the shop making it crammed and felt no respect for personal space. One man even said to a passing colleague “I don't tell people who I am when I go into shops” in a loud voice as if to force his authority upon any listeners. The arrogance oozed out of them. To whoever at head office organized these employees go to the store today I suggest they get a talking to on how to act in a store that they do not run, I'm sure the operative of the task was not to go in intimidate everyone including customers in the shop and make an absolute mockery out of it. Walking through the shop like a group of mean girls high on power during a field trip to the centre. They should be embarrassed.

I went to BOA's beauty bar for my nails, SHOCKING customer service. The nail techs were great but I have never in my life been treated with such a lack of care.
I had an incredible experience with the staff at SMG Durban, they were super helpful as this was my first time buying a car. They did not make me feel pressured to do anything I wanted and even offered me more than one test drive which I did not have at other dealerships. It was overall a great experience, thank you to Rafik, Trevor, and the team for making buying a car less intimidating than it is.
